Small items

  • Central Coast, NSW – free delivery
  • Rest of Australia and New Zealand – free delivery for orders over $25. Delivery for orders under $25 will be $5.
  • Rest of World – see International Shipping below

Bulky items (furniture and surfboards)

  • NSW Coastal regions – free delivery within 50km of Avoca Beach, NSW
  • Delivery to all other areas will be quoted separately following your purchase
  • To give you an idea on costs for bulky items, to ship a surfboard to the East Coast it roughly costs between $100-200 whereas the West Coast it costs about $250

Order Processing Times

Regular items

  • All stocked products will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Wherever possible, orders for stocked products received before 11 am will be shipped the same day
  • Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day
  • We’ll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking code once we’ve shipped your order. You can check the progress of your order using this tracking number or by emailing us at
  • Please allow extra time for processing during sales and for international orders

Custom order, large furniture items and surfboards

  • Orders for custom items will be processed within 24 hours. If there’s a delay in this turnaround time, we’ll let you know as soon as possible
  • We’ll send you an email about the approximate delivery date
  • Shipping costs will be quoted following your confirmation of your order as it will vary depending on what products are ordered and your location

Delivery Timing

Express Shipping:
Central Coast, NSW –1-3 working days.
Rest of Australia – 2-5 working days
New Zealand – 3-10 working days

Regular Shipping:
Australia – 1-5 days
New Zealand 3-10 working days

Overnight delivery is available for a little bit extra for orders in Australia.

Delivery Services

  • Australia Post will be used for small items (such as clothing and homewares etc). You can choose whether you want a signature on receipt or not (no signature at your own risk).
  • A courier company will be used for bulky items (such as furniture and surfboards) and will depend on where you live which company is used. They will require a signature on receipt and will not accept a PO BOX number.

Delivery Address

Please provide us with a physical street address or PO BOX address to send your goods to. Bulky items will need a physical address only.
In most cases, you’ll need to sign for you order on delivery, so make sure it’s somewhere you’ll be during working hours. If it’s going to your work address, include your business name so the driver can find you easily.

International Orders

We only deliver to Australia and New Zealand, unless listed below, and don’t deliver any further internationally at the moment. If you live outside of Australia or New Zealand and wish to make an order, please email for more details.

New Zealand – Clothing, Small homeware items – free over $25
Canada – Clothing only – flat fee $7.50
America – Clothing only – flat fee $7.50
For international orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to include time that may be required for customs clearance. FLOC has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Returns and Refunds

You can return any item, with the exception of gift cards, sale or discounted items*, within 30 days of purchase for a refund providing:

  • The items are unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed
  • You include all original packaging and labelling
    No refunds or returns on custom surfboards will be accepted.
    We insure all of the items against damage that may occur in transit.

All return shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and won’t be refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

To return an item, make a note on the invoice included with your shipment and pop it in the parcel back to us. We also suggest you select an insured shipping or postage service.

If you want to exchange an item*, please email us as soon as possible with the details. Items may only be exchanged for other items available on In some cases, items may be sold out, discontinued or some time delay while product is restocked from suppliers.

Manufacturer’s Warranty – Furniture and Lighting

All furniture and lighting products come with a warranty of 24 months from the date of original delivery on manufacturing faults or defects. In the event there is a proven defect, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, whichever is the most efficient and effective option.
Please note, the guarantee does not cover, breakages or improper use, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, damage due to an accident and any changes caused by environmental factors.

Ordering by Email, Phone or Bank Deposit

Can’t complete your order online? No problem.

Choose your item and continue through the shopping cart as normal. Then select bank deposit, phone or email at the end of the process. We’ll be in touch with you directly with details on how you can pay by phone, email or online banking.

Custom Orders, Furniture and Surfboards

  • Orders for custom items will be processed within 24 hours, wherever possible. We’ll then send you confirmation of the expected delivery date and shipping charges via email
  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the products ordered and your location
  • Custom order items usually take approx 6 – 8 weeks. Specific timings will be included in your order confirmation email
  • All custom order items require a 20% deposit
